The Tap card
Tap has partnered with Mastercard to bring you the Tap Prepaid Card, available for free with the Tap app. Want to bring your cryptocurrency to the high street? Now’s your chance. The Tap card can be swiped anywhere that Mastercard is accepted, so you can spend your chosen coins anywhere, anytime.
The card is linked directly to your Tap account on the app, so the money comes directly from your wallet and is instantly converted to the fiat of your choice to spend. So far, there are three iterations of the card available.

The app
Not only has the very first Mastercard approved crypto prepaid card launched, but Tap has also rolled out an app that makes their product even more exciting. The Tap app has a built-in cold storage wallet which stores multiple different cryptocurrencies, and scans all major exchanges to find you the best price on your chosen trading pair. So, Tap provides the liquidity and you can trade and spend your coins from one central app.
